70s FUNKY JAM

New drums release! In this new pack we bring this lo-fi vintage drumkit recorded on an original 70s analog tape using an AKG vintage mic!

The drums were recorded directly on a 1977 TEAC A2300SD using an Ampex tape. Drums that sounds lo-fi because the microphone used, the hard compression and warm saturation given by the tape through a Neve 1073 preamp. No digital processes, just the samples took from the drums to the tape machine!

You will also find a tape recording noise sample to add in the background, if you would like to give some more realism to the tape audio.

25 round robins and 5 velocity zones in the Kontakt library gives realism to the drums, with a custom GUI where you can mix and tune the drums in multitrack!
